Established in 2024, Klandestin Partnership is a law firm founded by professional advocates with integrity and experience providing legal services to various business sectors. Ryan Lucky Bahara Pasaribu, SH, MH
An alumnus of the Faculty of Law at Atma Jaya University Jakarta majoring in criminal law, followed by completing a Master of Laws Study at the University of Indonesia, registered with the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and is also a registered Receivers and Administrator at the Ministry of Law in the Indonesian Association of Receivers and Administrators (AKPI). Assisting in resolving litigation and non-litigation disputes (outside the court), especially in criminal, civil, corporate, bankruptcy and suspension of debt payment obligations (PKPU) disputes, as well as other legal disciplines and actions for the purpose of defense and legal assistance to clients. Currently active as a Teaching Team/Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Insan Pembangunan University of Indonesia.
