Patrick Gunanta Ginting, SH
A graduate of the Faculty of Law at Atma Jaya University Jakarta and a registered advocate with the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI). Handles and provides legal assistance to clients in various cases, both civil and criminal, including commercial disputes, from the pre-litigation stage to the trial process at various levels of court. Provides assistance to business entities related to corporate actions and transactions, including the establishment and change of company structure, corporate restructuring, drafting and reviewing agreements, fulfilling legal compliance aspects, and legal support in making strategic company decisions.
Ryan Lucky Bahara Pasaribu, SH, MH
An alumnus of the Faculty of Law at Atma Jaya University Jakarta majoring in criminal law, followed by completing a Master of Laws Study at the University of Indonesia, registered with the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and is also a registered Receivers and Administrator at the Ministry of Law in the Indonesian Association of Receivers and Administrators (AKPI). Assisting in resolving litigation and non-litigation disputes (outside the court), especially in criminal, civil, corporate, bankruptcy and suspension of debt payment obligations (PKPU) disputes, as well as other legal disciplines and actions for the purpose of defense and legal assistance to clients. Currently active as a Teaching Team/Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Insan Pembangunan University of Indonesia.
Richard Yosafat, SH
A graduate of the Faculty of Law at Atma Jaya University Jakarta, Richard is a registered advocate with the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI). He is experienced in both litigation and non-litigation (out-of-court) dispute resolution, particularly in criminal and civil law. One of Richard's specialties is handling corruption and general criminal cases.
Mahendra Hadi Wibowo, SH
A graduate of the Faculty of Law at Atma Jaya University Jakarta and a registered advocate with the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI). He is experienced in resolving both litigation and non-litigation (out-of-court) disputes, particularly in civil, corporate, bankruptcy, and suspension of debt payment (PKPU) disputes, state administrative disputes, and family law disputes.
William Justiman Panjaitan, SH
A graduate of the Faculty of Law at Atma Jaya University Jakarta and a registered advocate with the Indonesian Advocates Association (IKADIN), he has experience as a legal practitioner and consultant since 2008, covering criminal law, civil law, both litigation and non-litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. He also provides legal advice on banking, personal injury law, agrarian law, and debt collection.
